super reception- very well organised and very friendly - contacted me a few days before via whatsapp to arrange arrival timing - if I needed taxi. yes i needed a taxi from aeroport . Taxi was on time at the aeroport and was on time from appartement to aeroport again the next morning. I had a very nice and peacefull time. very well located near a roof top view and the old beautiful city. The receptionist explained directly according to our wishes were we could have a nice diner sand nice walks . We had a welcome gift in our appartement that was a super nice suprise. My whole family were really positiv suprised. The place is very relax and there are several places in the property to relax and enjoy the time. we slept very peacefull as there was not any noice. If I come back to bergamo one day , I will for sure choose this location/ appartement again.

It was clean, safe and extremely comfortable ! I was delighted the shower had pressure as every place we stayed at while driving around Italy felt very claustrophobic which is understandable but I was so happy with Bes Residence, oh and not to mention the balcony, it was fab just sitting outside in the evening taking in the fresh air. The location is also perfect close to the airport and walking distance to some great restaurants or shops

It must have taken an incredible amount of time and effort to make such a homely apartment. We only stayed for one night after a delayed flight but the host was very accommodating of this, the apartment would be more than suitable for much longer stays for couples or small families as it has everything you could possibly need supplied for you. The bed and pillows are SO comfortable, the entire experience surpasses all expectations and is brilliant value for money, would strongly recommend this place for bergamo travellers.

An excellent choice to stay in Bergamo. THe area itself is quiet, there is a small grocery store across the road and a huge supermarket 10 mins walk from the flat. Children had nice time in the park (7 mins walk), which has a big playground. The apartment itself has everything you might need (even the olive oil was there, thank you Alessandro), so we were able to cook. There is a washing machine in the apartment, which was handy. Rooms are very spacious and they have desks should you need to work. Overall we were very happy during our stay. Alessandro collected us at the rail station and brought us to the airport, which was a huge help. Its also very easy to get to the city centre by bus. We would definitely stay again.

    This is a refurbished lovely apartment, a few step away from Via Alessandro, a busy yet antique street. The kitchen is equipped with everything one can dream of. The best part is you don't have to worry about where to hang the wet clothes to dry. The washing machine has a wash+dry function! It's a blessing for one who has just been through hell with an ancient type of washing machine! An awsome rental! Love it and will miss it!https://photos.app.goo.gl/2QUhAFSdxsWWicyN9

    Location of the flat is very good, 15mins taxi from Bergamo airport and only 5mins walk from the train station. The view from the balcony is unbelievable, I could just sitting in the sofa with a coffee and enjoy the view all day long. Also the landlord Alberto is a really nice guy, very helpful with the directions and even help me to book a taxi back to the airport. Honestly this flat is the most top 3 apartment of my travel list I have been to, I will definitely back to this apartment again!!!

    The building is in a good location, close to the train and bus station. Everything was clean, very similar to the photos in the description. The host was very helpfull letting us leave the lugagge before checking in. The check in process was very easy, online. They don't have a reception, and they don't really need one. It's a good place for a short stay.

    It has everything you need for a short stay. 10 mins walk from the city centre and restaurants, less than 5 mins to supermarket. Noisy street but can’t hear anything if you close doors and windows. Luxury bathroom and the flat smells amazing but I did see any diffusers. I would like to know what they are using 😅 And the host was amazing, replied to all our enquiries and gave us recommendations for restaurants and spas in the area.

    Very nice apartment and host prepared for us everything we'd need for a short stay: cold water in the fridge, coffee and milk, some pastries and deserts in the kitchen. The rooms are big enough, clean and the beds were comfortable. Lidl and McDonalds are very close.

    We liked the location, 5 min on foot from the central train station, in a modern apartment building - In general the train station area of a town is not so safe but here we really liked it, there were a lot of restaurants close by ( 3 min away) - The bus station for the direct airport bus transfer was 5 min away - The room is in fact a studio, basic but ok for a night stop in Bergamo or even more -The savety of the building and the self check-in
