Free wifi worked well. Easy of check in. Good location easy to find and free parking onsite.

THE HEATING DID NOT WORK , SHOWER WAS OK BUT NO HOT WATER AT THE SINK. THERE WAS A KETTLE AND CUPS BUT NO TEA BAGS COFFEE OR MILK AND SUGAR.

Room I was given was near to noisy compressor for shop next door which didnt become evident til after dark and no one available to change rooms. Kettle provided but no tea or coffee. Reception closed at 10 and no one available when I needed help.

Nothing worked properly. The shower was dirty. There was only one bedside lamp. TV did not work properly. Traffic noise from outside virtually all night. Outside lock did not work which gave us a security worry. The widow blind did not work. Only one petrol pump worked and even that was faulty.

Bed was very uncomfortable, bedding was clean but crumpled. Tv had no remote, bathroom had drain smell although the room had airfreshner plug ins. Mugs were in bad condition, there was a kettle but no tea, coffee. Room had some kind of generator outside which you could hear cutting in and out all night.

Window was left open so room was cold but soon sorted with heaters. No teabags or coffee to make a cuppa and we had a double & single when we were expecting 3 singles. Ok for us as we are family but might bother others. Door had been broken open at some point and a bit of a bodge job in fixing the lock. But you get what you pay for. Cheap n cheerful. Couldn’t find WiFi code.

Room was clean & tidy. Cheap and cheerful and big enough for what we needed. Have electric heaters so we could warm up the room to our liking.

2nd time staying here. 1st time was good, however this time was disappointing. bed broken (sinking at the end) no heater in room and tv remote not working (room 10) and above back of shop so could hear fans running all night.

Bathroom radiator didn't work, heater in room needs replacing as past its time and was loose and draft through window. Door looked like it had been either broken in or room had been raided by police. Could not find WiFi password anywhere and communal front door not lockable due to duck tape

Crack in the bathroom sink and was meant to be a deluxe room but we didn't have a lot of room to move about nothing deluxe about it, the room description didn't match the room
