Everything was amazing. The owner of the hotel was so lovely. The room was large and comfortable. The view was great. 10/10 recommend.

Great location, very central. Beautifully furnished flat, quality bed linen, furnishings and fittings. Host very helpful.

Saucepans, cutlery and glasses were excellent but there was very little in the way of other cooking equipment, eg no sharp knives, oven-proof trays or dishes. The wet room arrangement would have benefitted from a blade to dry the floor and walls after showering.

Location was good but the room was noisy. Loud thudding noises late into the night.

Sleepless nights. Bed was creaking. Must have been broken and sagging mattress. Leaking shower. Water coming out on to the floor. Shower taps difficult to regulate so one had hot or cold showers. Safe not working. Electric kettle not working. Toilet seat broken. Coffee machine wasn’t cleaned after previous client…..
