Veliki i prostran, bukvalno u apartmanu imate sve sto vam je potrebno. Lokacija je takodje idealna, mirno sa mnogo zelenila. Vlasnici su bili preljubazni i uvek na usluzi. Aloizio i Sofia hvala na svemu! Preporučujem svima da iznajme ovaj predivni apartman! Ako ponovo dolazimo na Zakintos sigurno cemo boraviti u Aloisios estate.

Peškiri i posteljina se menjaju na tri dana. Milan nas je vozio brodom i čini mi se da nam je najbolje dočarao ostrvo. Najtoplija preporuka za ovaj apartman.

There was a mix up with rooms. Management reacted excellent and offered a dinner i return. The staff is very helpful and friendly. On top we left a wallet and Management sent us free of charge. This is a family run Hotel and management is always present also helps out cleaning even! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Pristojan hotel na mirnoj lokaciji sa upotrebljivom simpatičnom sopstvenom peščanom plažom. Hrana je dobra , soba je bila dobra mada su se mnogi žalili na svoje jer su bile neadekvatne rezervisanim. Ono što čini ovaj hotel izborom je pogled. Pogled sa terase( obavezno soba sa pogledom na more) je očaravajući i vredi svakog evra.

I find this hotel really perfect, so already for years I am coming to Strada Marina. Location itself its perfect! everything is close: nice restaurants, shops, train stations for Bohali and Argasi, bus station for places all around the island, its really in the center of the happenings.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. Very good food, near the beach. The staff is so nice we were like best friends. Mary is so sweet, she always helped us with everything. Klaila is a lovely person, she smiled all the time and made my day very beautiful. Kostas made the best cocktails I had in my life, he is a pro and very nice human. Me and my bf enjoyed this holiday and I can't be more grateful for this hotel and his staff. If you want a beautiful place choose Zakynthos and stay at Exotica, you will not regret. Thank you all for this experience. My first time in Greece and I can't wait to go again there.

I recently had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was met with exceptional service that exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of my trip was celebrating my birthday during my stay. To my surprise, the staff surprised me at midnight with a mouthwatering cake that was the best I've ever tasted! It was a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday extra special. Dimitra, a member of the staff, was incredibly helpful and professional, always wearing a smile. Mike at the bar crafted the most amazing cocktails on the island, if not in all of Greece. The reception girls, including Sotiris, was attentive and assisted us with everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Alexandros ensured that our stay was exceptional. The personalized experience provided by the staff was truly outstanding.

Reading some of the negative comments, I admit I was a little bit nervous but once I reached I realized one thing: everything about the Hotel is simply wonderful! Extremely clean rooms and surroundings, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, such kind and professional people doing everything to make you feel at home. Don't trust the negative comments! There is air conditioning in the room, wifi free of charge, free toiletries, literally 5 min very slow walking from the beautiful beach of Kalamaki and around 10 min walking from the main tavernas on the street, plenty of space for parking inside the hotel and outside in the street. If ever back to Zakynthos I'd definitely come back to the same place! ❤
