The room is a little small, but my stay was one night only, and I liked it very much. The staff was very efficent and prompt to any request.

Ideally set in New York, Pestana Park Avenue features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. staff were excellent and accommodated us/our additional requests with ease. truly amazing staff! our first room was on the small size but they upgraded us to a bigger room with no hestiation. the extra amenities are enough to get the job done - bed was really comfortable and there was everything we needed around. the free coffee machine was a nice perk.
