Service at check in was amazing specially with the lady Yasmin who was really cool, professional & funny making the process amazing after a 12 hr flight! The bed was insanely comfortable, and the toiletries are Oh so minty fresh!

Hyatt House New York/Chelsea se nachází 644 metrů od Empire State Building a nabízí bezplatnou snídani. Loved the room ! it was fairly big (to a hotel in new york), the kitchen was nice, the dining table was super cute, large bathroom and bathtub together. The complimantry breakfast was HUGE, the food was yummy and more than you need to start your day.

Our room was spacious, with a really big, wide bed, a small but efficient fridge, coffee/tea kettle, and a TV. We were also happy with the location, there are 2 metro stations nearby, as well as shops, food, and shopping options. The air conditioning is impeccable and quiet, the bathroom is spacious with fresh towels daily. In the hotel you can do your laundry, buy snacks, even use a microwave to heat up food. There is a police station opposite the hotel, so it felt pretty safe. Great for everyone, highly recommended!

Charming hotel with nice and helpful staff, our room had a window on court so it was quiet and the bed was great. Air conditioner was working well and silent. The location of the Hotel is also very great, nearby metro and several minutes of walking of places like Flatiron Building. Also lots of restaurant and groceries near the place. We loved our stay at The Moore!
