The location is absolutely unbeatable. Everything is within a few minutes' walk.
Nice breakfast choices, room is good-sized. Bed was a little soft for my taste, but I still slept well. Not too loud, though there was a noticeable uptick in noise on the weekend.
Showers take a LONG time to warm up. I ended up with a few cool showers as I didn't like seeing that much water run off to get it warm.
