The staff were all friendly, and the entry is beautiful. We were upgraded to a refurbished room/2 bed apartment which had the most lovely view of both the Sydney harbour bridge and the opera house! The hotel was well appointed within the city, tastefully decorated and was even ready for us early which means we could drop our bags straight off to our rooms before starting out for the day.
