We loved the hospitality. The Cedar Manor is family run and it really shows as the hosts take pride in their home. Breakfast was fabulous. Cedar Manor is within a very easy walk to many of the finest restaurants. We will definitely be back. Very nice stay.

Our stay at High Grassings, Lake District Bed and Breakfast was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of breathtaking scenery, this charming B&B offered the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Each morning, we were greeted with a sumptuous breakfast that catered to all tastes, featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The room was beautifully appointed, with attention to detail that ensured a luxurious and restful experience. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the views from our window were picturesque, offering a serene backdrop to our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District, with easy access to roads, trails and lakes. Tarn Hows was close by and simply quintessentially English countryside at its best! What truly set this B&B apart was the genuine care and hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable, providing insightful recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. David & Michelle May 2024.
