Stylish, clean, modern. I like the duplex feel. Absolutely brilliant location, slap bang in the centre of town. Friendly staff. Breakfast delivered to the room, presumably bought from a local café.

The hostess was incredibly nice and helpful. She showed us all the good spots we needed to visit and did all that with great energy. She even upgraded our room because we stayed multiple days so we could relax more (for free!!).
The room was great, spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The location of the hotel is very good. Very close to the shopping street, old market and even a parking garage for if you come by car.
The swimming pool on top is a great way to relax and cool down after a day in Santa Cruz. It also is very private so you don't have to worry about anyone when you're in your swimwear (except other guests of course).
The rooms (and entry of the hotel) are locked by a PIN code which we really liked because this way you don't lose or forget your key. This also means that not anyone just barges in the hotel that is not supposed to be here.
The place also smelled really nice.
All in all 10/10. When we revisit Tenerife we would definitely come back.
Thank you Federica!

I like the location with many shopping centers near by. The outside looking elevator, the room was very spacious and a nice view of the city. There is city transportation outside the hotel and the bus station is a couple of minutes walk, good if you want to visit beautiful Puerto de la Cruz or even go to Mount Teide, highest point in Spain.

It is port city. Not touristic. Bad moment - was no beach near and everywhere in cafes and restaurants no wifi internet. no printed paper menu, it is needed to be scan by QR code with special application in mobile phone which need internet connection. Why no wifi? When in all other cities in Spain this option is available.

It's a very interesting and nice city.
It's a very interesting and nice city. People are very kind and pleasant. There are not as many tourists as in the south of the island. Living in a local neighborhood outside the center was very nice to interact with local people. There are many pleasant cafes and restaurants. There is also a great urban transport system of trams and buses. It is also a beautifully green city with many parks.

We have only ever visited during carnival which is extremely full-on everyday, so don't expect to feel rested after a holiday during that period. But do expect to feel exhilarated by the noise, music, costumes, fancy dress and joy.
I think it would be a lovely place to stay outside of carnival as a city break in dependable warm weather.
Its an easy bus trip to Playa de las Teresitas, and there are many efficient bus routes to other regions of the island. If you wanted to go off the beaten track car hire would be useful. Few if any organised trips start from Santa Cruz, for example, trips Mount Tiede tend to originate from the southern resorts.
Much of the centre is pedestrianised. Its a city for locals so don't expect all menus to be translated. Food orientated towards local taste also, which is excellent IMO.
Lots of good shops in the centre.
No great permanent cultural highlights, although I understand the Tenerife Orchestra is one of the best in Spain.

Breakfast had a fair selection, although it was quite samey after a few days.
The electric sockets in the room were loose and to use anything eg the hairdryer, you had to hold the plug - not safe at all.
There was a dreadful smell in the rom from the drains. The hotel obviously knew about this an tried to cover it with air freshener.
The location to see the city was good but the building work on the adjacent building was noisy (almost constant drilling) and started at 8.00 Mon-Sat.
Really nice city hotel with great outdoor pool & park surrounding. The free gym is also really nice and spacious. The spa (with extra entrance fee) is really nice and offers really good treatments, but the sauna inside is really small & not new. The hotel beds are really good. Definitely can recommend the breakfast (to check if included/extra paid), which offers everything - fresh and tasty. The hotel is located close to a nice park and close by to the center of Santa Cruz.
The hotel's location in Santa Cruz is excellent, it's right on the main pedestrian area of the city. I found the bed comfortable and, unlike the rest of the room, the bed sheets were clean. Temperature in the room was perfect during my stay in February but there is no air conditioning so I imagine it'll get hot in the summer. The room was dated but functional. There were two sockets available, and two that were taken by the TV and the (noisy) fridge.
The location is amazing, right in the center. Within a 2 minute walk you’re on the buzzing streets of Santa Cruz. We were a family of 5 adults and wanted a simple place for one night before heading to Anaga. Our expectations were low, just needed a place to sleep. When I booked this hotel I knew it wasn’t going to be luxury. We had the “family room” which is a private hostel room with bunk beds and private bathroom.
This is a beautiful, spacious, well-presented, and immaculate flat just minutes away from all of Santa Cruz's main attractions; despite its proximity to the action, it is also really quiet when you want some downtime. Beautiful balcony views of the mountains and the harbor. It was priced more affordably than most hotels came with considerably more space, inserting three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Lovely hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, amazing location near the park and a lot of great amenities such as pool, hot tub and massage facilities. By far the biggest plus was the staff, from the reception, to masseuses, to cafeteria staff, even cleaning and technical personel, everybody was super nice and attentive! Great value for money! Will return anytime if in Santa Cruz!
Marvelous and very comfortable apartment! Nice location in a quiet local neighborhood close to the Rambla de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 10min walk to the astonishingly beautiful Parque García Sanabria, 15min walk to the city center. The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you may need. Much advised for couples and families up to 4 people.
The hotel location is very good. We had a large room, lots of storage. There are small streets with lots of restaurants and small shops. Very Good breakfast, a variety of hot and cold items. Good area for breakfast. The tram lines runs in front of hotel, excellent for going to Laguna.
Very convenient location near the indoor market and other city attractions. Staff very welcoming and clean, comfortable room. For the night of the Carnival Parade, rates were obviously higher but still moderate compared to similar hotels in the area.
We were redirect to a sister hotel, Adonis Plaza, as this one was closed at the time.
The hotel is right in the centre of Santa Cruz, so is easy to get around the city.
Hotel is very clean and comfortable.
Loved the location, the breakfast was decent and the parking was cool to have since we drove there. I loved the quiet music that can be heard throughout the hotel. Also loved the jacuzzi at the last floor
The hotel is really in the center of Santa Cruz. All is close by, for example the port of the cruise ships and also the shopping street and restaurants and a huge park for kids to play at the port.
the hotel is beautiful!! the staff is amazing - they helped us so much as we needed medical help and help with the baby. the atmosphere is amazing and the location is perfect. super recommended
I had been in that hotel before and it had not been renovated, now it is perfect and the rooms have been renovated, the Wi-Fi connection is great, I liked everything
The hotel was in the perfect location for Carnival festivities, great balcony view to watch parades go by and you hear all of the music from the street parties.
